Welcome prospective members! We have openings in most of our ensembles, including our new Select Choir, for next season. Drop us an e-mail if you would like to receive information about the Spring Season, or vist our Registration Info page. Select Choir singers will be asked to sing a prepared piece, preferably classical/art song, Broadway accepted. Audition pieces for Districts/All-State are acceptable. If you do not have a piece ready, you may also sing Silent Night, for which the music and words will be provided. Please bring legible copies of music for the accompanist who will be provided. In addition, singers will be given vocalizes to determine their range, pitch recall, and sight singing exercises. Auditions will last approximately 10 minutes. Program Advertising
It is time to solicit advertising for our Annual Program Booklet. You can pick up forms at rehearsal, or print the Ad Form and Ad Sizes pages.
Please return all forms by November 4th.
Calendar update
There will be NO REHEARSAL Friday, November 11 due to Veterans Day. This is a change from our pre-season calendar.
Deadline approaching!
The deadline for applying for grants from The Hayes Foundation is Monday, September 26. Please visit their website for forms and information.

The roads to Kinhaven are confirmed to be in pretty good shape. We have posted new directions on the Kinhaven page.

It's full speed ahead for our new season. First rehearsals are Friday, with our Kinhaven Retreat on Saturday. We will post updated directions on Thursday evening.

We hope that you escaped the major damage all around us! We would like to start our season on schedule. Please check back as we evaluate the aftermath of Irene. We will post status as it becomes available. Early reports are that Kinhaven is essentially unharmed, as is Castleton State College (except for major damage to their new fieldhouse).
We are evaluating road and school status and will keep you posted about schedules.
